Аннотация | The article is an attempt to explain the renewal of the articular cartilage in normalcy and osteoarthritis development by principles of mathematical modeling. Such models help to develop advanced methods of prevention, detection and treatment of osteoarthritis including molecular biotechnologies based on tissue engineering conception. We used histological images to perform structural analysis to discover the signs of active system and its states. Received data are useful to develop research protocols in cartilage tissue engineering. |
