Срок подачи: не позднее чем за 45 дней до истечения срока действия текущей однократной или многократной визы.

Необходимый пакет документов:
- заграничный паспорт (срок действия которого на момент сдачи в ИМО не должен быть менее 18 месяцев; наличие не менее двух чистых страниц, предназначенных для виз) и его копию;
- оригинал однократной или многократной визы и ее копию;
- оригинал отрывной части бланка уведомления о прибытии иностранного гражданина в место пребывания со штампом ФМС о постановке на миграционный учет сроком до окончания визы и его копию;
- квитанция об уплате госпошлины за многократную визу (реквизиты для оплаты пошлины можно взять у сотрудников паспортно-визовой службы ИМО);
- две цветные фотографии (3х4см);
- оригинал миграционной карты;
- копию документа, подтверждающего факт дактилоскопической регистрации (в случае первичной подачи на визу);
- копии документов, подтверждающих прохождения медицинских освидетельствований;
- полис добровольного медицинского страхования.
Важные нюансы процесса:
1. Сдача паспорта. Для оформления визы вам придется сдать оригинал заграничного паспорта сотрудникам ИМО. Планируйте свои поездки так, чтобы паспорт был свободен в течение всего периода изготовления визы.
2. Контроль сроков. Если вы пропустите срок в 45 дней, Университет будет вынужден инициировать процедуру уведомления органов МВД о нарушении миграционного законодательства, а ваша текущая виза может аннулироваться.
3. Цель пребывания. Наличие действующей многократной учебной визы подтверждает законность вашего нахождения в РФ только при условии соблюдения цели въезда «Учеба». Пропуск занятий без уважительной причины является нарушением режима пребывания даже при наличии действующей визы.

Required documents:
- international passport (validity period at the time of submission to the IIE must be at least 18 months; must contain at least two blank pages designated for visas) and its copy;
- original single-entry or multiple-entry visa and its copy;
- Original detachable part of the arrival notification form of a foreign citizen at the place of stay, with the stamp of the Federal Migration Service (ФМС) confirming migration registration until the end of the visa, and its copy;
- receipt for payment of the state fee for a multiple-entry visa (payment details can be obtained from the staff of the Passport and Visa Service at the IIE);
- two color photographs (3×4 cm);
- original migration card;
- copy of the document confirming fingerprint registration (for first-time visa applicants);
- copies of documents confirming completed medical examinations;
- voluntary health insurance policy.
Important nuances:
1. Submission of passport. To process your visa you will be required to submit the original of your international passport to the IIE staff. Plan your trips in such a way that your passport is available throughout the entire visa processing period.
2. Deadline control. If you miss the 45‑day deadline, the University will be obliged to inform the Ministry of Internal Affairs authorities about the violation of migration legislation and your current visa may be cancelled.
3. Purpose of stay. A valid multiple‑entry student visa confirms the legality of your stay in the Russian Federation only on the condition that the purpose of entry – “Study” – is observed. Unexcused absence from classes constitutes a violation of the stay regime even with a valid visa.

- Original de la partie détachable du formulaire de notification d’arrivée du ressortissant étranger sur le lieu de séjour, avec le tampon du Service fédéral des migrations (ФМС) attestant de l’enregistrement migratoire jusqu’à la fin du visa, et sa copie ;
- Quittance de paiement de la taxe d’État pour le visa multiple (les coordonnées pour le paiement peuvent être obtenues auprès des employés du service des visas et des passeports de l’IEI);
- Deux photos couleur (3x4 cm) ;
- Original de la carte migratoire ;
- Copie du document confirmant l’enregistrement dactyloscopique (en cas de première demande de visa) ;
- Copies des documents confirmant les examens médicaux ;
- Police d’assurance maladie volontaire.
Points importants du processus :
1. Dépôt du passeport. Pour l’obtention du visa, vous devrez remettre l’original de votre passeport étranger aux employés de l’IEI. Planifiez vos déplacements de manière à ce que votre passeport soit disponible pendant toute la période de fabrication du visa.
2. Respect des délais. Si vous dépassez le délai de 45 jours, l’Université sera contrainte d’initier la procédure de notification des organes du Ministère de l’Intérieur concernant la violation de la législation migratoire, et votre visa actuel pourrait être annulé.
3. But du séjour. La possession d’un visa d’études multiple en cours de validité confirme la légalité de votre séjour en Russie uniquement si le but de l’entrée « Études » est respecté. Les absences aux cours sans raison valable constituent une violation du régime de séjour, même en présence d’un visa valide.
