Оформление приглашения для въезда в РФ (для иностранного гражданина)


Важно! Обучение на образовательных программах, обучение по которым осуществляется исключительно с применением дистанционных образовательных технологий, не является основанием для оформления приглашения на въезд в Российскую Федерацию.

Выдается Университетом после подачи пакета документов в ИМО (на почту: imo@volsu.ru)

Необходимые документы для оформления через Университет:

  1. Заявление-анкета (на русском языке, печатными буквами).

  2. Копия заграничного паспорта (срок действия — не менее 18 месяцев с даты въезда).

  3. Нотариально заверенный перевод паспорта на русский язык.

Обращаем ваше внимание, что приглашение на въезд выдается МВД России по ходатайству нашего университета. Мы со своей стороны подаем документы, однако окончательное решение принадлежит государственным органам. К сожалению, даже при успешном зачислении университет не может исключить риск отказа в оформлении приглашения для учебной визы.

Сроки оформления приглашения:

Оформление приглашения производится на основе полного пакета документов, поданного в соответствии с требованиями Управления по вопросам миграции МВД России. Минимальный срок рассмотрения и выдачи приглашения составляет 45 календарных дней.

Required documents for processing through the University:

1.                  Application form (in Russian, in block letters).

2.                  Copy of the international passport (validity period – at least 18 months from the date of entry).

3.                  Notarized translation of the passport into Russian.

Please note that the entry invitation is issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation upon the request of Volgograd State University. The University submits the documents; however, the final decision rests with the state authorities. Unfortunately, the University cannot rule out the risk of refusal to issue the invitation for a student visa.

Invitation processing timeline:

The invitation is processed on the basis of a complete set of documents submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The minimum processing and issuance time for the invitation is 45 calendar days.

Documents nécessaires pour l’établissement via l’Université :

  1. Formulaire de demande (en russe, en caractères d’imprimerie).

  2. Copie du passeport étranger (valable au moins 18 mois à compter de la date d’entrée).

  3. Traduction notariée du passeport en russe.

Veuillez noter que l’invitation à entrer en Russie est délivrée par le Ministère de l’Intérieur de Russie sur demande de notre université. Nous soumettons les documents, mais la décision finale appartient aux autorités étatiques. Malheureusement, même en cas d’admission réussie, l’université ne peut exclure le risque de refus de délivrance de l’invitation pour le visa d’étudiant.

Délais de délivrance de l’invitation :

L’invitation est délivrée sur la base d’un dossier complet, soumis conformément aux exigences de la Direction des questions migratoires du Ministère de l’Intérieur de Russie. Le délai minimum d’examen et de délivrance de l’invitation est de 45 jours calendaires.
