Research interests include improvement of quality management systems in the context of informatization and development of digital services.

- Representative of the Russian Federation in the ISO/TC 176 Quality management and quality assurance (Deputy Chairman of ISO/TC176/SC02/TG05 “Preparation for a potential revision of ISO 9001”) and ISO/TC 279 Innovation Management committees.
- International expert on standardization. Expert in conducting an independent assessment of the quality of education.
