Research interests include improvement of quality management systems in the context of informatization and development of digital services.

- Representative of the Russian Federation in the ISO/TC 176 Quality management and quality assurance (Deputy Chairman of ISO/TC176/SC02/TG05 “Preparation for a potential revision of ISO 9001”) and ISO/TC 279 Innovation Management committees.
- International expert on standardization. Expert in conducting an independent assessment of the quality of education.
- Author of a number of scientific and methodological works in Russian, Portuguese and English. 63 publications, including 3 individual and collective monographs based on the results of scientific research, 3 training manuals, 3 publications indexed in Scopus, 3 - in Web of Science; 4 certificates for intellectual property items.
