Once again Volgograd State University entered Round University Rankings (RUR). Now it ranks 752 in the world.

VolSU has moved up 18 places compared to 2019 among other countries and is ranked 65^th in Russia.

RUR assesses effectiveness of leading world universities on the basis of 20 indicators distributed among 4 key areas: teaching, research, international diversity, financial sustainability.

Traditionally, VolSU shows the best result in “teaching”, taking 631^st place in the global list. The university has risen by 16 positions in “research” which demonstrates the recognition of the research activity development in the scientific community. The most significant growth is observed in “financial sustainability” - 23 positions compared to 2019. In terms of internationalization, VolSU has moved up nearly in all aspects, due to an increase in the number of foreign students and a worthy reputation of the university.
